Description of Work
The Office of the State Auditor is looking for a Constituent Services Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for constituents to ensure timely professional and effective responses to inquiries concerns and requests.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences
Salary Range: $45926 - $80369
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
This position is designated as Exempt Policy-Making under G.S. 126-5(c)(3) and is considered an at-will appointment.

A bachelors degree from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of experience related to the area of assignment
