Description of Work

The Office of the State Auditor is looking for a Constituent Services Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for constituents to ensure timely professional and effective responses to inquiries concerns and requests.

As part of our team you will get to:
Respond to constituent inquiries via phone email and in-person meetings by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly
Track document and manage constituent cases from initiation to resolution in appropriate systems such as Salesforce and other tools
Assist in planning and executing community engagement initiatives events and informational sessions
Work closely with OSA Teams such as External Affairs and Communications to identify escalate and resolve complex issues
Maintain accurate records of constituent interactions and assist the Constituent Services Manager in preparing regular reports on trends and outcomes

Salary Range: $45926 - $80369

This position is designated as Exempt Policy-Making under G.S. 126-5(c)(3) and is considered an at-will appointment.

Position Details:

  • Standard office setting with occasional travel for community events

  • Requires flexibility for occasional evening or weekend engagements

  • Hybrid policy of 4 days in-office and 1 day remote per week

Minimum Education and Experience

A bachelors degree from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of experience related to the area of assignment
