A.J. Boggs & Company (AJBoggs) seeks an experienced part-time CFO to provide business leadership
for our finance and leadership teams.
You will help us improve our performance by initiating changes to improve our business processes
including financial analysis budgeting reporting accounting equity incentives and investor
relations.

WHAT YOULL DO
Strategic Financial Leadership
o Provide planning strategy and tactical financial direction to support company goals:
20% annual revenue growth 15% profitability 30% annual ROI
o Advise leadership on business performance investment decisions and long-term growth
opportunities.
Accounting Operations & Process Improvement
o Strengthen core accounting processes and ensure GAAP-aligned accounting.
o Dig into details to fix issues; know when to step back and consider the bigger picture.
Operational Finance & Cost Management
o Analyze and optimize operating costs vendor spending and resource allocation.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
o Lead the development of a rigorous budgeting process across departments.
o Build short- and long-term financial models forecasts and scenario analyses to support
planning.
Metrics Reporting & Analysis
o Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including SaaS metrics.
Fundraising & Investor Relations
o Prepare financial narratives pitch decks and due diligence processes for investors/VCs
Team Leadership & Mentorship
The CFO role can grow as we continue to grow.
REQUIREMENTS
12 years of progressive financial experience in successful high-growth companies.
Excellent financial expertise; able to perform at high levels of intensity/quality.
Proven track record improving financial systems cost structure and reporting.
Education: Bachelors degree in finance or accounting. MBA or CPA is strongly
preferred.
Tech Stack: Proficiency with accounting systems and financial modeling tools.
Fundraising: Experience with investor relations and raising capital.
