Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Requirements
- Design and implement HIPAA-compliant infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform
- Deploy and manage MLLP adapters for HL7 v2 message processing
- Configure Google Cloud Healthcare API for secure data handling
- Establish VPC Service Controls and CMEK encryption
- Set up secure VPN connections with pharmacy systems
- Implement monitoring logging and audit trails for PHI data
- Manage Kubernetes (GKE) clusters for production workloads
- Create CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Deployment Manager)
- 5 years DevOps experience with cloud platforms
- Google Cloud Platform expertise (certification preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Kubernetes/Docker containerization
- VPN and network security configuration
- IAM and service account management
- Pub/Sub messaging systems
- Cloud Run and serverless architectures
- Experience with healthcare compliance (HIPAA BAA) is highly valued
- Scripting skills (Python Bash)
- Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform Ansible)
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HL7 v2 protocol or healthcare integrations
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification
- Knowledge of MLLP (Minimal Lower Layer Protocol)
- Experience with Cloud SQL BigQuery
- Understanding of medical data privacy regulations
