You will report directly to our Manufacturing Supervisor and youll work out of our Phoenix Arizona location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role you will impact the production capabilities and overall performance of our manufacturing unit by delivering high-quality machined parts that meet stringent specifications.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and maintain CNC machines and other precision equipment to produce components.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining.
- Perform quality checks and inspections on machined parts to ensure compliance with standards.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machining and manufacturing processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining and programming.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and tools.
- Experience in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ability to perform complex setups and adjustments on machining equipment.
WE VALUE
- technical certification is a plus.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment particularly in aerospace or automotive sectors.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a machining environment.
