Virtual Travel Experience Designer (Remote)

We are seeking a Virtual Travel Experience Designer to support clients with planning and coordinating travel experiences in a fully remote work-from-home role.

In this role you will assist travelers with vacation planning itinerary coordination and travel arrangements while serving as a primary point of contact throughout the booking process. The position offers variety flexibility and the opportunity to work across multiple destinations and travel types.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate customized travel experiences for leisure travelers
Communicate with clients to assess travel preferences schedules and budgets
Research destinations accommodations transportation and activities
Manage travel bookings confirmations itineraries and documentation
Provide professional customer support before and during travel

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills including email web-based systems and online research
Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize deadlines and follow processes
