Precision Tune Auto Care is hiring a Manager (MIT)
We have a management training program.
At Precision Tune Auto Care of North Carolina we offer our customers a one stop solution for all of their automotive maintenance and repair needs (a true dealer alternative). From oil changes and tires to engine replacement and electrical diagnosis; simply put we fix cars. It is important to us that our customers are always happy safe and that their cars are reliably maintained. Our family-owned and operated group opened the first location in 1979 and we operate more than 30 locations across North Carolina.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent and college courses or technical program preferred
- ASE certificationsa plus!
- 2 year of experience in automotive service or retail management
- 2 years customer service
- 2 years sales and operations
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to effectively communicate well verbally and in writing
- Outgoing personality
- Valid drivers license or ID
- Strong leadership communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills (POS cash handling reports etc.)
- Good computer and phone skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Be able to pass a background check
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Frequent standing walking bending and reaching
- Ability to climb ladders and operate a vehicle safely
