Remote Donation Call Specialist $13$15/hr Flexible Mission-Driven Role

In This Role You Will:
Answer inbound calls and reach out to current/past donors
Create a positive giving experience with clarity and care
Accurately enter donation details into the system
Ensure donor satisfaction through excellent service
Achieve goals that open the door to promotions
Requirements
The Basics:
High school diploma or GED
6 months remote or 1 year on-site customer support experience
Strong verbal communication skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Quiet distraction-free workspace
Tech Setup:
Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM min; 16GB ideal)
USB headset with noise cancellation
Wired internet connection
Dual monitors recommended
No Macbooks or Chromebooks
