Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to provide high-quality in-home care services to clients in Auburn Hills MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities promoting independence and ensuring their comfort and safety in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming dressing and toileting.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning laundry and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document clients condition and communicate any changes to supervisory staff.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients quality of life.
- Follow care plans established by healthcare professionals and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to elderly or disabled clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to reach clients homes in Auburn Hills MI.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet health and safety requirements.
