Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance (oil changes brakes alignments fluid services tire work etc.)
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns using advanced diagnostic tools
Complete multi-point inspections and document findings with accuracy
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and fellow technicians
Follow Subaru/ASE/d Dealership repair processes and quality standards
Maintain a clean safe and organized workspace
Stay current with Subaru factory training and ASE certifications
Qualifications
2 years of automotive technician experience preferred (Subaru experience is a major plus)
ASE Certifications highly preferred or willingness to obtain
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic reliability and commitment to growing with a high-performing team
