Job Summary

At Copain we bring together the comfort of a neighborhood café with the craft of a true boulangerie now expanding into full-service dining at our new Ballantyne location. Our approach to food is ingredient-driven seasonal and rooted in honest cooking. The kitchen emphasizes simple techniques precise execution and respect for ingredients resulting in dishes that are refined without being overcomplicated. Alongside the menu guests will enjoy a beverage program built on thoughtful wines craft cocktails and spirits designed to complement the dining experience.

We are looking for a dependable and hard working Dishwasher to joinour back of house team. This position is the foundation of the kitchenssuccess keeping everything clean organized and running smoothly. You will bean essential part of the daily rhythm supporting chefs and cooks so they canfocus on the craft of cooking.

What Youll Do

  • Maintain a clean and organized dish and utility area throughout service.
  • Wash sanitize and store dishes utensils cookware and kitchen equipmentproperly.
  • Assist with trash removal sweeping mopping and general cleaning of kitchenspaces.
  • Support prep cooks and chefs with basic prep or restocking as needed.
  • Monitor dish and chemical levels and communicate supply needs promptly.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Work as part of a collaborative team that values consistency respect andcraftsmanship.
