Job Summary

At Copain we bring together the comfort of a neighborhood café with thecraft of a true boulangerie. Guests visit us for hand-crafted pastries andnaturally leavened breads all served through our approachable counter retail items to made-to-order coffee and specialty drinks we create awarm atmosphere for the community to enjoy good food and good company.

We are hiring Counter Service Associates to join our opening team atCopain this role you will support the daily operations of thecounter from greeting guests and preparing beverages to assembling orders andkeeping displays organized. This is an opportunity to help launch a newlocation and bring Copains hospitality and craftsmanship to a growingcommunity.

What YoullDo

Welcome and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude
Prepare coffee drinks other beverages and guest orders with accuracy and care
Stock and display pastries breads and retail items consistently throughoutthe day
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter dining area andback-of-house spaces
Assist with inventory rotation and receiving daily deliveries
Complete additional tasks assigned by management including daily opening andclosing procedures
