What Youll Do:

In our hotels there is never a dull moment. Our associates are constantly on the move bringing the best service they possibly this challenging work environment we need someone to bolster our associates spirits. Think youre up to the challenge The HR Administrative Assistant is a key player in supporting the day-to-day HR operations of the hotel. From supporting their fellow associates to carrying out administrative duties the HR Assistant does it all.

Heres a closer look at some of the things youll be doing daily:

Administrative tasks such as filing ordering supplies issues parking key cards and more.

Assist in the recruiting screening and interviewing for all non-management hotel positions.

Complete payroll and distribute paychecks as needed.

Assist with all other duties as assigned.

Where Youve Been:

At least 1 years experience working in human resources is a plus but not required. Most importantly youre someone with strong communication skills the ability to work with members at all levels of the organization and someone who is able to embody and exemplify company culture.
