Were hiring a Project Coordinator to join the buildings division of a national general contractor with a strong presence in Atlantic Canada. What Youll Do

This is a hands-on high-impact role where youll learn from experienced project teams and gain exposure to all phases of commercial and institutional construction projects.

Youll support Project Managers and Superintendents by helping manage:

Project documentation (RFIs submittals change orders etc.)
Scheduling and coordination of trades and suppliers
Health & safety compliance
Progress tracking and reporting tools (Procore or similar)
Site logistics and procurement support
Pre-construction and closeout processes

This is not a desk-only job. Youll be in the office on-site and in meetings with real decision-makers. Youll be trusted with responsibility and given room to grow.

Who You Are

A Construction Management Engineering or Architecture Tech grad (or equivalent experience)
03 years of experience in commercial or institutional construction (internships/co-ops count!)
Tech-savvy with scheduling software MS Office and ideally Procore
Organized driven and proactive youre the type to take initiative before being asked
A great communicator who can work with site staff consultants and clients
Humble curious and excited to learn from one of the best teams in the country
