Minimum Qualifications
- Possession of a current Louisiana Practical Nurse license a temporary permit or a multi-state license issued by a Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC/eNLC) state plus two years of experience as a licensed practical nurse.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
- Prepare and administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Observe residents for changes in physical mental and/or behavior status and report significant changes to the Supervisor and Physician.
- Transcribe physicians orders carry out physicians orders document in residents medical records obtain specimens for laboratory testing and provide residents assistance with activities of daily living as needed.

Compensation: This position is eligible for retention pay (per hour worked) and shift differential.
