Position Summary:
As an Acura Sales Consultant youll be the face of the brand responsible for delivering a personalized premium experience to every client. From the first introduction to vehicle delivery and beyond you will guide customers through an exceptional sales journey aligning their needs with Acurascutting-edge models technology and driving dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent the Acurabrand with passion professionalism and product expertise.
Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right vehiclenew or certified pre-owned.
Provide compelling vehicle demonstrations and test drives that highlight our brands performance luxury and innovation.
Deliver a concierge-level sales experience from initial consultation to final vehicle handover.
Maintain expert knowledge of all Acuramodels packages technology financing options and competitive landscape.
Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage leads appointments and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance team to complete sales and lease deals accurately and efficiently.
Stay up to date with corporate product training and certification programs.
Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications:
Proven track record in automotive sales; luxury brand experience (BMW Audi Mercedes-Benz etc.) strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a refined and professional demeanor.
Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
Passion for high-performance vehicles and Acuras driving philosophy.
Familiarity with automotive CRM platforms and digital lead engagement.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelors degree preferred).
