The Role & Responsibilities

• Family Advocacy:Lead the Dynamic Assessment and consultation process helping parents understand their childs learning profile and enrolling them in the right program.

• Community Outreach:Build boots-on-the-ground partnerships with Stone Oak schools sports teams and local businesses.

• Operational Excellence:Manage the daily rhythm of the centerincluding responding to new leads with high speed and care and maintaining an organized welcoming environment.

• Team Leadership:Coach a small team of instructors to ensure the GradePower philosophy is executed with warmth and integrity.

• Student Success Tracking:Lead monthly Parent Progress Meetings to ensure every family sees the value and growth their child is experiencing (targeting a 90% retention rate).

Qualifications for Success

• Academic Foundation:University Degree required (Education Psychology or related fields preferred). Classroom and teaching experience is an asset!

• Communication:Exceptional ability to explain complex learning concepts to parents with clarity and heart.

• Leadership Trajectory:We value trajectory over tenure. If you have a history of hitting goalswhether in a classroom a non-profit or a businesswe want to talk to you.

• Tech Fluency:Comfortable with CRM tools Google Suite and social media platforms.

Job Type:Full-Time Career Track

Salary:$20/hr Uncapped Bonuses

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday (10:00 am 2:30 pm)
• Saturdays (8:30 am 1:30 pm)
