As the Clinical Pharmacist IV you provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services including drug distribution IV admixture preparation medical therapy management drug information dissemination and compliance with controlled substance regulations.
In this role you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel.

REQUIREMENTS
- Pharm D degree or Bachelors degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience
- Registered Pharmacist licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio. Single facility-based pharmacists must retain state licensure per site location.
- 3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
- BLS ACLS and/or PALS
- Board Certification within 2 years of hire
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Training Program
- 4 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
