Staff Nurse (LVN)
$1500 SIGN ON BONUS! DETAIL AT INTERVIEW.
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses - Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our care team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the health comfort and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in residents health status to appropriate staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.
- Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Requirements:
- Current and valid LVN license in the State of Texas.
- CPR or BLS certification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Compassionate dependable and energetic personality.
