Night Shifts
Rotating Weekends

Compensation & Incentives:

Base Pay (RRT Scale): $27.09 $37.92/hr
Shift Differentials: Nights $4.50/hr Weekends $3.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus:
- $10000 Full-Time Days (1 year experience 2-year commitment)
- $20000 Full-Time Nights (1 year experience 2-year commitment)
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Respiratory Therapist to join our night shift team. This role involves assessing patients respiratory needs and implementing individualized care plans. The position requires working in a collaborative high-acuity environment where teamwork and patient-centered care are priorities. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation
Function independently in the absence of the Team Leader
Set up and administer routine and complex respiratory therapy treatments for patients of all ages
Accurately document treatments and maintain electronic medical records
Ensure compliance with hospital policies procedures and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Completion of a Vocational/Technical Program or an AMA-approved Respiratory Care Program (Associates Degree required)
Bachelors Degree preferred

Licensure & Certification:

Current Florida State License as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
BLS (American Heart Association) required
ACLS PALS and NRP required within 6 months of hire
