In our Intensive Supervised Structured Care service we specialise in working with vulnerable young people aged 13 to 20 addressing their social emotional and behavioural needs. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment where young individuals can learn grow and thrive. By fostering confidence self-esteem and life skills we aim to help them integrate into the community and feel a sense of belonging and care.
As a Residential Support Worker youll collaborate with a dedicated team to provide top-notch person-centred residential care following the GIRFEC framework. Your role involves empowering young individuals ensuring their safety and setting a high standard of care practice that aligns with our social values.
