DescriptionWe are looking for an After Sales Specialist to join our After Sales team in Fiorenzuola dArda. Acting as the main point of contact for customers for all postshipment activities this role requires a strong ability to manage nonconformities change orders technical support requests and all aftermarket needs.
You will coordinate closely with Engineering Quality Sales and Project Management teams to ensure effective issue resolution while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. This position combines operational activity with a projectmanagementoriented approach requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to balance technical and commercial considerations.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manage customer complaints related to delivered products and coordinate internal processing of nonconformities.
Receive and process technical support requests
Handle customer requests for modifications upgrades and change orders on existing products.
Coordinate product recalls when required.
Prioritize and manage multiple activities in parallel ensuring timely completion.
Act as a Project Manager for all postshipment activities balancing costs timing quality and risks from request opening to closure.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to provide complete and effective solutions.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers primarily via email and phone.

You are customerfocused organized and able to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks. You collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders communicate clearly and strive to exceed customer expectations.
For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors or masters degree in engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas or manufacturing industries.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Intermediate English level.
Experience in handling nonconformities or change orders.
Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience in After Sales Project Management Engineering or Sales Support.
ERP systems knowledge; SAP is a plus.
Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
