Job Summary

Job Opportunity: Locum Physician - Radiology in Charleston WV

Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in a state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of Charleston West Virginia. This onsite opportunity offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on diagnostic radiology. Ideal candidates will have experience in performing a variety of imaging modalities and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide onsite diagnostic radiology coverage handling daily volumes of 90-100 cases.
Utilize modalities including XR CT MR US and NM.
Perform light interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies (thyroid lung liver renal) and drainages (paracentesis thoracentesis).
Conduct diagnostic lumbar punctures and arthrograms for joint injuries.
Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

Board Certification in Radiology - Required
Active West Virginia Medical License - Required
Clean malpractice history - Required
DEA Registration - Required
Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of the presentation - Required

License and Certification Requirements:

Board Certification in Radiology
Current West Virginia Medical License
Active DEA Registration
