What Youll Do:
Own the front-of-house experience from greeting to vehicle delivery.
Write and manage service orders with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Deliver clear confident recommendations to customers.
Collaborate with technicians to keep workflow efficient.
Educate customers and upsell services when appropriate.
