Concierge

We are seeking a friendly and professionalConcierge to be the first point of contact for residents guests and vendors at our senior living community. This role provides hospitality light clerical support and assistance with daily resident needs.

What Youll Do

• Greet and assist residents visitors and vendors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Support residents with transportation scheduling personal shopping and other special requests.
• Conduct community tours for prospective residents and guests.
• Assist with meal delivery dining services and hydration station setup.
• Manage resident mail packages and administrative tasks such as faxing mailing and document support.
• Respond to maintenance requests submit work orders and assist with emergency situations as needed.
• Participate in internal and external marketing events in-services and staff training.
• Maintain security awareness and follow concierge desk guidelines.

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of customer service experience preferably in senior living or hospitality.
• Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with basic technology including Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and internet use.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. walk stand and perform light clerical duties.
• Professional courteous and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
