• Provide support to real world biometric operations processes and compliance within the biometric community.

Typical Day:

Provide 24/7/365 operations and decision support for the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division (DACID) Biometric Operations Division (BOD). Position will require knowledge of office administration procedures including use and operations of standard office equipment. Position also requires a high level of interpersonal skills to handle regular communication with representatives within the biometric community across the DoW DoW Partner Nations Federal Law Enforcement the IC and the USG.

Tasks:

Required Qualifications:

• Current DoW Secret Clearance.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• 6 years experience supporting the USG (civilian/contractor or military) or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills be customer and detail oriented possess good decision-making abilities and be capable of working well both independently and as part of a group.
• This position exists in a dynamic environment supporting real-world operations the applicant must be able to always remain professional.
• The position provides operational support in a 24/7/365 environment. The applicant must be willing to work shift work (including weekends and holidays) to support operations.

Desired Qualifications:

• Military/law enforcement experience preferred not required.
• Biometrics experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Job Requirements

Remain in a stationary position for long periods of time and constantly operate a computer.

Shift Information:

• 365 days a year/24-hour coverage
• consolidated work schedule available (if desired)
• No differential is offered at this time

Location: Clarksburg WV

Citizenship: US citizenship required.

Clearance: US Secret clearance required.
