What Youll Be Doing

• Responding to after-hours hospice needs with confidence and compassion

• Managing symptom control comfort measures and urgent clinical concerns

• Communicating clearly with physicians care teams and families

• Providing education and reassurance aligned with hospice philosophy

• Supporting patients and loved ones through end-of-life and beyond

What Youll Need to Succeed

• Active RN license (state of practice) in good standing

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN Diploma or BSN)

• At least 1 year of nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)

• Comfort working independently with strong clinical judgment

• Reliable transportation valid drivers license and insurance

• Ability to lift up to 50100 lbs. and travel within the assigned territory
