Talent Acquisition Partner

Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Protech youll play a key role in shaping our teams by identifying attracting and hiring top talent across multiple markets and business lines. Youll serve as a strategic recruiting partner ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience while supporting Protechs mission values and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to align recruiting strategies with business goals KPIs and internal customer needs.

Collaborate with operational leaders to assess staffing strategies forecast hiring needs and provide data-driven recommendations.

Source engage and interview candidates for a wide range of individual contributor roles across various markets and centers.

Utilize both established and innovative sourcing channels to attract active and passive talent.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and acceptance.

Ensure all offers comply with Protechs policies and maintain consistency across markets.

Provide a smooth transition to the HR Administrative Team for onboarding and orientation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) track metrics and prepare recruitment reports.

Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving recruiting trends to continuously enhance Protechs talent acquisition approach.

Qualifications & Skills

2 years of recruiting experience preferably in a high-volume or multi-market environment.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms; Workday and Smartsheet experience strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel).

Strong understanding of HR concepts practices and compliance requirements.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
