What Youll Do:

Lead Memorable Tours
Showcase The Quinn and The Yards spacious studio 1- and 2- bedroom layouts highlighting features such as modern kitchens in-unit washers and dryers open-concept floorplans and private patios or balconies.

Stay in the Know
Monitor Milwaukee rental trends and local competitors to position The Quinn and The Yards as premier living destinations.

Support the Team
Assist with marketing campaigns update online listings contribute to social media and help coordinate resident events that foster community.

Keep Things Running Smoothly
Accurately process applications and leasing paperwork while ensuring prompt clear communication with prospects and residents alike.

Champion the Resident Experience
Be a go-to resource for current residents offering support solving problems and helping maintain a welcoming responsive living environment.

Create Connection Welcome every prospective resident with warmth professionalism and genuine interest in their needs.

• A passion for helping people find a place they love to live
• Experience in leasing hospitality customer service or sales preferred
• Excellent communication skills in person by phone and digitally
• Detail-oriented organized and tech savy with modern leasing systems
• Positive energetic and team-focused with a desire to grow in property management
