Position Overview
Were seeking a proactive detail-oriented Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee and actively participate in the day-to-day operations of our fulfillment department. This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for ensuring that customer orders are packed accurately inventory is managed correctly and fulfillment workflows run smoothly across farm store sales home delivery local pickup and nationwide shipping.
The Fulfillment Supervisor works directly alongside fulfillment associates while providing daily direction quality control and operational oversight. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse or fulfillment leadership experience who enjoys being on the floor solving problems in real time and improving systems as the business grows. This role requires someone who can work independently manage their time effectively and consistently follow established procedures and instructions while also improving upon systems where needed. While part of a larger team the Fulfillment Team Supervisor is often responsible for completing tasks independently and is expected to stay on task communicate issues proactively and meet daily fulfillment deadlines without constant supervision.
The majority of this role is performed in refrigerated and freezer environments and candidates must be comfortable working for extended periods in cold conditions while maintaining accuracy focus and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fulfillment operations ensuring accurate and timely order packing and staging
- Provide day-to-day guidance training and support to fulfillment team associates
- Actively participate in picking packing labeling and staging orders as needed
- Coordinate order flow across farm store delivery pickup and shipping channels
- Maintain organized efficient fulfillment areas including packing stations coolers freezers and dry storage
- Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts inventory checks and proper product handling procedures
- Manage fulfillment-related inventory systems reorder points and stock levels
- Must be willing and able to drive for weekly deliveries supply pickups or occasional farm-related errands
- Provide support with light farm chores as needed including egg washing feeding guard animals and similar tasks
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned based on operational needs
- Prepare and manage shipping and delivery documentation labels and routing tools
- Use routing and logistics software to support efficient delivery planning
- Enforce food safety quality control and sanitation standards
- Identify and resolve order issues inventory discrepancies and workflow bottlenecks
- Coordinate maintenance needs for fulfillment equipment and supplies
- Support customers during on-farm pickups when needed
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency accuracy and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fulfillment warehouse operations logistics or inventory management (food or perishable products preferred)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Previous experience leading or supervising a small team strongly preferred
- Strong organizational problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to balance hands-on work with supervisory responsibilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced deadline-driven environments
- Clear communicator with a collaborative solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficient with basic technology including inventory systems spreadsheets and logistics or routing tools
- Willing and able to work in refrigerated and frozen environments
- Able to lift carry and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation; on-site position only
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Standing walking bending and lifting throughout shifts
- Frequent work in cold storage environments
- Fast-paced during peak hours with changing priorities

Compensation
- $18.00 $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Full-time: approximately 40 hours per week; MondayFriday (in person only)
