What Youll Do
As an Engineer Supervisor youll be responsible for:
- Assist in managing day-to-day maintenance tasks
- Assign jobs to engineers and follow up on completion
- Perform hands-on repairs as needed
- Keep records of maintenance logs and reports
- Support leadership with training new hires
What You Bring
- Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of tools systems and basic troubleshooting
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Strong communication
