What youll be doing...
- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessing of technicians working towards NVQs with a focus on technical proficiency customer service and compliance with industry standards.
- Operating within the specified region the role with close collaborations with the Regional Director Branch Managers and other stakeholders to tailor training to local needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Staying current with windscreen technology conducting assessments giving feedback and maintaining accurate training records.
