We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Marketing Specialist to join our Chicago team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about retail marketing strategy and execution. The Retail Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns enhancing brand presence and ensuring our retail initiatives deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning development and execution of retail marketing campaigns
Coordinate promotional activities and ensure brand consistency across all retail channels
Analyze campaign performance and generate insights for optimization
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and retail events
Maintain and update marketing materials ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
Qualifications :
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic marketing tools
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and projects
