Responsibilities include data entry of work orders and purchase orders in the R&M module of the Maintenance Coordinator system. Responsible for verifying and coding invoices for payment approval. Responsible for purchasing supplies for janitorial preventative maintenance and customers. Additional job responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications:The successful candidate will possess strong organization skills and attention to detail. Strong computer software experience and excellent data entry skills are required. Experience in forklift and maintenance parts or similar environment and previous work with Maintenance Software is strongly preferred.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in an office environment a must
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a maintenance environment a plus
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong communication both verbally and in writing especially through email and over the phone in conflict scenarios

Skills and abilities:

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and mathematical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance/forklift maintenance a plus
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Experience using Ricoh a plus
