Job Description
ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Communications Coordinator to join our innovative this role you will play a critical part in shaping and executing our product communication strategy ensuring that internal and external stakeholders are well-informed and engaged with our brand offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product communication strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
- Create and maintain compelling product content across various platforms including websites social media and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to gather information and insights to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Draft and distribute internal and external communications including press releases and product announcements.
- Monitor product communication effectiveness and gather analytics to inform future strategies.
- Coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotion.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Business or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in product communication marketing or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex product information into clear and engaging messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience using communication tools and platforms including social media email marketing and content management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
