Job Description Summary
The Wind Global EHS Data Analytics Tools and Systems Lead is responsible for managing the core reporting systems for managing EHS key performance indicators (KPIs) metrics reporting and performance trends. The role will focus on delivering structure for leading and lagging indicators building and maintaining KPI dashboards developing monthly quarterly and annual reports and supporting various EHS metric requests for pre-qualifications audits bid packages etc. The position will include leading a team of internal and external resources to support the data analytics tools and systems program. The role will report to the Wind Global Operations and Center of Excellence EHS Leader and will be responsible for driving excellence across the organization to deliver comprehensive EHS performance data and reporting.
This position will also be partnering cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of EHS data analytics tools and systems are both implemented and actively utilized to drive sustainable improvement both in the Wind organization and GE Vernova. This includes but is not limited to acting as the subject-matter expert on the EHS reporting systems (e.g. ComplyWorks and GenSuite) designing and developing KPI dashboards (Tableau) supporting regulatory and compliance reporting across the One Wind global footprint supporting internal data and trend reporting and data analytics leveraging AI tools and providing training and onboarding support through the team for the core systems. Finally this role will provide input and support the wider Wind EHS team as we work to build one successful GE Vernova team.

Essential Responsibilities
Develop EHS data analytics strategy and deployment across One Wind.
Support digital tool and systems utilization across Wind through development of standard work.
Support continuous improvement and operational effectiveness through dashboard development and maintenance.
Collaborate across the Wind EHS organization to review and understand findings and Key Performance Indicators for statistical trend analysis to help identify and address systemic issues.
Support and maintain EHS digital interface documentation and communication systems like SharePoint and Box.
Work with regional EHS teams to support KPI reporting and performance trend analytics (e.g. customer metrics regional reporting compliance and regulatory reporting project bid data audits etc.).
Provide support and coaching on core systems for EHS and key operations users (e.g. GenSuite ComplyWorks SharePoint and Tableau)
Support GE Vernova Framework requirements as applicable.
Suggest and implement best practice solutions for standardization across One Wind
Support the key deliverables and KPIs for the business as it relates to health and safety strategy and effectiveness of the EHS global program.
Proactively partner and develop positive working relationships with cross-functional personnel.

Qualifications/Requirements
Significant experience with EHS data analytics systems and tools (e.g. GenSuite ComplyWorks SharePoint Tableau/Power BI etc.)
Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety or technical equivalent from an accredited college or university or equivalent qualification
Certified Environmental or Health and Safety professional
Prior experience in Wind industry and/or energy industry fields
Experience leading teams preferably in a distributed business structure
Significant EHS data analytics leadership experience in a projects/service or fixed facility environment.
Experience with ISO 14001 certification and auditing processes
Knowledge of EHS management systems
Fluent English with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work in a matrix environment influence and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal
Desired Characteristics
Experience working in or across different GE Vernova businesses
Knowledge of EHS management systems GE EHS programs and digital applications.
Knowledge of EHS core programs and requirements (regulatory and conformance)
Able to coach and support key influencers to drive EHS compliance and the reduction of risk through team engagement and help develop an organizational culture that prioritizes EHS.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple issues with competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to organize motivate and drive change and interact cross-functionally
Confidently able to facilitate and deliver training and or presentations to a diverse audience
Ability to influence and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal in a distributed global business structure
Field experience in a project / services environment practical experience in risk management
Related EHS expertise outside of primary responsibility for example Occupational Safety or Sustainability
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple issues with competing priorities
