The Administration Agent Scanned Document Processing is responsible for handling documents and images sent to the AWD system. The team also manages several administrative tasks that will be covered in future training. The role ensures that Disability Claims Administration Agents can meet individual and team objectives in accordance with service level agreements. The position supports the entire department by adding the appropriate documents to files enabling case managers to assess claims.
Position Responsibilities:
Process review and attach images to the correct claimant in Navigator
Handle expense reimbursements as indicated on invoices
Set up absence management solutions for various contracts
Research unidentified images
Return original documents upon request from case managers
Process requests for image deletion relocation or retrieval
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proactively report any concerns to management that need escalation
Handle other tasks and functions assigned by the section lead
Process emails from multiple team inboxes
Enter data including claim forms and payment system entries in Navigator
Required Qualifications:
Fully bilingual (French and English) The successful candidate must communicate in both languages to serve clients in provinces outside Quebec
Post-secondary education (college or university diploma required)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy (critical)
Strong computer skills and experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel
Strong oral and written communication skills

Salary range is expected to be between
