Job Summary
Description
Position at Pilgrims
Shift: 3rd Shift
Pay: $18.50
Hours: 1:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Key Responsibilities and Account abilities include but are not limited to:
- Prevents damaging any eggs
- Pulling correct eggs for the assigned day
- Keeping up with the flow of production
- Feeding the Embrex machine egg flats and ensure that neither eggs nor equipment is damaged
- Stacking hatcher trays with the flow of production
- Remove empty flats and add buggy to empty egg
- Moving Hatcher basket trolly to the correct assigned hatcher
- Ensure the equipment is running correctly
- Any other duties as assigned
Work Environment/ Physical Demands
- Ability to lift overhead of up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work in a heated environment temperatures ranging from 80F to 100F
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motion
- Ability to work overtime as assigned
- Frequently:lifting turning twisting bending squatting pushing grasping kneeling reach forward pulling stretching.
Knowledge skills and Abilities
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
