As a Product Delivery Director in Loan Servicing at JPMorgan Chase you will lead mission-critical initiatives that enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. You will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative solutions managing end-to-end processes and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful future-focused implementations. Your expertise will help drive strategic vision and operational excellence within a dynamic high-impact team.

Job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake dependency management release management product operationalization delivery feasibility decision-making and product performance reporting while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
- Champion the completion of change management activities across functional partners ensuring adherence to the firms risk controls compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively manage timelines and dependencies monitor blockers ensure adequate resourcing and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners to drive mission-critical outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and implementing future-focused solutions that enhance product delivery and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of delivery processes and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management including deployment processes and strategies.
- Ability to lead mission-critical projects with a future-focused vision and drive innovation across teams.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics.
- Experience working in agile innovation-driven environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
