BANKING SOLICITOR (2-5 YEARS PQE)- BELFAST (HYBRID WORKING)

A leading Northern Ireland law firm is seeking to appoint a Banking Solicitor to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance team in Belfast.

The Role:

You will work closely with experienced partners and associates advising a broad range of clients including banks financial institutions developers corporates and investors. The work will include:

Corporate and commercial lending transactions
Property and real estate finance
Development finance and refinancing matters
Security documentation and due diligence

The role offers early responsibility client exposure and genuine scope for progression.

The Person:

Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with a minimum 2 years post-qualification experience- the client is ideally considering candidates with 2-5 years PQE in banking and finance. The client will also consider a REAL ESTATE solicitor with an interest/ demonstrable experience in banking.
- Commercially minded with strong drafting and technical skills
- Strong legal andcommercial judgementand abletodeliverclearandpracticaladvice.
- Attention to detailand acollaborative solutions-focusedapproach.
