Client Services Executive Hybrid

As a Client Services Executive youll help grow our TenderLink subscription base through new sales. Reporting to Australasian Sales & Services Manager youll identify prospects engage with them by phone and email and provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term relationships.

Work that matters - What youll do

• Identify prospective clients using a vertical sector approach (e.g. IT Telecommunications and Construction).
• Make outbound calls daily send proposals and follow up with prospects.
• Ensure customers are onboarded and set up for success.
• Respond to inbound queries promptly and professionally maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Record all communications for future reference.
• Analyse customer feedback to improve processes and products.

Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

• 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to build relationships with professionals in medium to large organisations.
• Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Commercial judgement and problem-solving ability.
• A collaborative respectful approach and commitment to ethical business practices.
