Job Summary
The Gym Attendant ensures smooth daily operations of the hotel fitness center by maintaining equipment ensuring guest safety and delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports guests wellness experiences and reflects Accors commitment to providing quality leisure and lifestyle facilities.
Qualifications :
* Inspect fitness machines weights and accessories to ensure safe and proper function.
* Monitor gym activity to ensure guests adhere to safety and conduct guidelines.
* Respond promptly to any incidents or injuries following safety and first-aid procedures.
* Support guests with general fitness guidance and encourage proper equipment usage.
* Previous experience in a gym health club or hospitality wellness environment preferred.
* Basic knowledge of gym equipment operation and maintenance.
* First aid or CPR certification preferred.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Attention to cleanliness organization and guest safety.
