About the Role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in supporting both sustaining products and new product design transfers in a regulated manufacturing environment. This individual will lead and support manufacturing process development fixture and tooling design process validation and continuous improvement effortsserving as a technical bridge between design manufacturing quality and suppliers.

This is an individual contributor role ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on problem solving crossfunctional collaboration and applying sound engineering judgment to ensure manufacturability quality and compliance.

What Youll Do

Design develop and optimize manufacturing processes fixtures tooling and equipment.
Support Design Transfer from development through production.
Participate and/or lead design and manufacturing change control activities.
Troubleshoot production issues using root cause and failure analysis.
Support process validation equipment qualification and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Quality Supply Chain Operations and suppliers on improvements.
Lead DFM/DFA activities to ensure efficient highquality manufacturing.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Manufacturing Biomedical Engineering or related field.
Manufacturing Engineering experience preferably in medical devices or a regulated industry (this role is open to new grad engineers with meaningful intern experience)
Experience with design control process validation and manufacturing documentation.
Strong problemsolving communication and collaboration skills.
