What You Will Do
Represent the Infiniti brand with confidence credibility and sophistication
Deliver highly personalized concierge-level experiences to discerning clients
Serve as the product authority across Infiniti and select pre-owned luxury inventory
Lead immersive test drives and demonstrations that showcase innovation design and performance
Build long-term high-value client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Confidently present pricing financing and ownership solutions with transparency and professionalism
Negotiate and close deals while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction
Consistently meet and exceed sales and performance benchmarks
Collaborate with a high-performing team in a culture driven by excellence and accountability
Continuously refine your skills product knowledge and sales approach
Who Thrives in This Role
Sales experience not a requirement but a plusin luxury automotive sales or a comparable high-end sales environment
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with high-net-worth and luxury-focused clientele
Strong closing and negotiation skills with a consultative client-first approach
Tech-forward mindset with enthusiasm for advanced vehicle technology and telematics
Polished professional presence aligned with a global luxury brand
Highly organized detail-oriented and performance-driven
Competitive self-motivated and results-focused
Flexible availability including weekends evenings and holidays
Proficient with CRM systems and modern productivity tools
Valid U.S. drivers license and authorization to work in the United States
Compensation & Rewards
Earning potential up to $120000 annually(commission performance bonuses)
Compensation varies based on experience performance and market withuncapped upside
