Senior Python Software Engineer

UK / Fully remote

If youre an experienced Python Engineer wanting more autonomy and the opportunity to build real impact products you may be interested in this fully remote Senior Python Engineer role where youd build out a USP decision making tool with millions of users a month.

Salary to 65k 3k bonus 3600 shares pa 6% pension 25 days holiday (rising to 30) Flex hours healthcare car/travel insurance discounts more!

Youll build an innovative Fintech decision making platform in Python & AWS a USP for the business which eliminates fraud in the industry
Youd play a key role at a fast-growth scale-up backed by a FTSE250 that has taken multiple Financemarkets by storm and be instrumental in integrating this platform across 4 high-traffic product streams
Youll be the Senior on a new team with autonomy over production systems mentoring juniors & play a key role in design decision making.

What we need:

Strong Python software engineering skills ideally with FastAPI/Django/Flask
Good experience with Cloud - any platform experience is fine (they use AWS)
Either experience or drive to mentor junior team members happy to consider Seniors or mid-level engineers ready for that step-up
