Happy New Year! Refactor are coming out of the gates strong and helping a global FMCG business with several key permanent hires.

This is a strong opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys being close to the systems and the business not buried in theory or endless documentation.

Youll join a stable profitable organisation thats improving how its enterprise platforms support day-to-day operations and future change.

What youll be doing

Supporting BAU across enterprise systems
Working across end-to-end business processes
Supporting system integrations and interfaces
Translating business needs into clear practical system outcomes
Balancing day-to-day support with project work
Being a calm reliable point of contact when things need attention

This role suits someone who:

Strong experience as an SAP Business Analyst in S/4HANA or ECC environments
Exposure to Order-to-Cash and/or other core enterprise processes
Experience with system integrations (EDI IDoc APIs or middleware)
Background in FMCG manufacturing retail or distribution environments
Strong communication skills and a pragmatic solutions-focused mindset
Has experience as a BA in an ERP or enterprise systems environment
Enjoys problem-solving and practical delivery
Wants to grow depth and capability over time
