Job Description
You will lead a team of cloud engineers to design build and scale secure high-performance cloud infrastructure. You will drive architectural decisions mentor talent and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver resilient cloud solutions that meet business needs. You will ensure best practices in DevOps automation and cost optimization. You will stay ahead of emerging technologies and guide strategic cloud adoption. You will be instrumental in shaping our cloud-first future. And every day at work youll be doing your part for all the charities we support.
As Cloud Engineering Manager youll:
- Lead and mentor the Cloud Engineering team to deliver innovative secure and scalable cloud solutions.
- Empower development teams by providing reusable building blocks and enabling them to maintain their own applications.
- Define and communicate scope and priorities clearly to stakeholders representing Cloud Engineering within the Tech Leadership team.
- Set and achieve Service Level Objectives (SLOs) while designing for resilience across networking DNS and disaster recovery.
- Drive automation and everything-as-code practices (Terraform CI/CD compliance-as-code runbooks-as-code) to ensure safe efficient change management.
- Enhance observability and reliability across workloads to reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).
- Collaborate across Architecture Security Development Data and Operations to establish guardrails automate routine maintenance and share standards.
