Job Summary
Were opening our first Jersey Mikes in Lodi and were looking for a General Manager to help lead the charge.

Were Hiring: General ManagerAs General Manager youll own the day-to-day success of the storefrom team leadership and operations to customer experience and community connection. This role is perfect for someone who leads from the front brings positive energy and takes pride in building a strong motivated team.
What Youll DoLead coach and develop a high-performing team
Set the tone for outstanding customer service (with a great big smile)
Oversee daily operations cleanliness and food quality
Hire train schedule and retain top talent
Manage inventory ordering and labor
Open and close the store; serve as a key holder
Ensure operational standards accountability and integrity
Step in wherever neededfrom slicing to prep to service
Drive team engagement and participate in leadership meetings
Positive energetic and people-focused leader
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
12 years of QSR or restaurant management experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years old (slicer required)
Food Handler / ServSafe certified
Reliable transportation
