How youll make an impact:

• Technically leadthetechnologyand product developmentstrategyin the areas of DC gridsdistributionnetworkandenergy storagesolutions. Create innovative productssystemsand solutions in anticipation oftechnology and product strategy.

• Oversee theimplementation of thestrategy andtheculture required fortheemployees to experiment with the right resources at the right level. Introducing disruptive ideas to R&Doperationsand initiate technology and product developmentsetup.

• Providetechnical and analyticalleadership andguidance to thecross functionalteamincluding R&D

• Form or be part of formingthe technology / product development team and ensure team alignment with business strategy and drive performance and development. Participate in intellectual property evaluations and development of patent applications.

• Preparetechnical specifications and specifying laboratory test equipment and processes. Make and/or review designartefacts for products systems and solutions. Coordinatepilot-plant or initial production runs on new products or processes.

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background:

• Required masters or PhD in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical Software or related fields)extensive experience(15years)intechnology andproduct developmentdomainfrom ideationand team setuptomarket introduction andlifecycle management.

• Deep knowledge of powersystemsand control with experience in one or more application areas such as industry transport or distribution grids related to energy transition.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse interests and agendas.

• Experience in devising research methodsforfuture technical directionandfuture scenarios in transforming technology landscape.

• Ability to communicatewithand influence executive leadershipto accept practicesapproaches and procedures.

• Experience in leadingprofessionalstoexercise latitude and independence in assignments.
