OUR MISSION
The mission of this agency is to provide flood protection through the operation and maintenance of a large flood control system which consists of levees pumping stations floodgates floodwalls and drainage structures.

Two years of experience in mobile equipment operations.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Operates the following heavy equipment to maintain levees and drainage channels as needed:
- Bulldozers
- Excavators
- Backhoes
- Motor Grader
- Dump Truck(s)
- Tractor Trailer
- Forklift
- Tractor with Various Implements
- Skid Steer
- Inspects thelevee systemand otherfloodcontrolinfrastructuretoensure thatsystems areoperatingasdesigned. Performs maintenance on allequipmentfacilities andother agencyassetsas needed.
- Operates storm water pump stations and other storm water structures as needed. May be required to perform other duties as necessary including but not limited to those related to emergency/disaster.

Compensation:The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
