We are currently seeking a Mammographer to join our team. This position offers a unique change of scenery by means of working on a state-of-the-art mobile scanner and ability to meet new people from various facilities. Anticipated Schedule:
- 8-10 hours - flexible days
- Saturdays available
Responsibilities:
- Screening mammography at clinics corporate and community outreach locations within the Twin Cities metro area
- Team of two mammographers or one mammographer and an assistant working together on a 26 straight truck equivalent mobile mammography unit equipped with Hologic 3D mammography system
- Mammographers and/or assistants drive the mobile unit to the screening locations
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved 2-year Radiologic Technology program
- Must be registered with ARRT American Registry of Clinical Radiologic Technologists or Licensed to perform general radiographic procedures
- Prefer 40 hours of training in mammography. Willing to train
- Ability to drive or experience driving equivalent to 26 straight truck. Willing to train
- Ability to produce quality imaging with limited supervision
- Must be able to interact in responsible professional and ethical manner
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must possess valid Class D Drivers License. CDL NOT REQUIRED
- Must have acceptable driving record
- Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check urine drug screen and physical
- Must have critical thinking and problem-solving skills
